Dr Kelvin Kemm is the CEO of Nuclear Africa, a nuclear project management company in Pretoria, South Africa. He is a member of the International Board of Advisors of CFACT, Committee For A Constructive Tomorrow. He serves on the Board of Advisors for the website: allaboutenergy.net. Nuclear power is in South Africa’s energy plans. The department of mineral resources and energy minister Gwede Mantashe made this clear in 2019 when he called nuclear a “no regrets option”.
