This photo of Lake Geneva, Switzerland shows water in four states on the same day and same place:: water vapor, clouds, water, and ice. A bitter cold front came through. Winds blew the water from the lake to boats, cars, trees and shore structures where it instantly froze on impact. Many scientists insist on considering the major role of water in regulating climate. Other scientists say that studying infrared radiation's interaction with greenhouse gases explains the whole story.
