Earth's climate is controlled by the sun and physics, chemistry, and biology of nature. Humans have no control over the planet's climate. Yes they influence local climate by their use of forests, agriculture, construction of cities, highways, parking lots, etc.
The false idea that fossil fuels’ climate impacts are an “emergency” that requires us to rapidly eliminate fossil fuels has caused an energy emergency.
The “climate emergency” movement must be held accountable.
