The Ocean and Cryosphere in Changing Climate
World
2019
UN, IPCC

The oceans are the largest heat sink on the planet. Alarmists are warning that we face catastrophe from man-made carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. This CO2 is a very small part of all the greenhouse gasses and hardly a driver for significant changes in ocean temperature. Nevertheless that is what the IPCC has written in the executive summary and the main report will be written to agree with the executive summary. Science in reverse is no science at all.
IPCC, The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change writes about Catastrophic Man-Made Global Warming. It encourages the world to drastically reduce use of fossil fuels to attempt to keep atmospheric CO2 near or below 400 ppm. The Science Advisor to President Obama said that most National Academies of Science across the world agree with IPCC reports. Here they are stating that the main report about oceans and the cryosphere will be written to agree with a previously written executive summary. In science, the main report must be written first unencumbered by previously written wording in an executive summary. That's the way it is today with the UN IPCC. Not worth the paper it is printed on.
