The city council of Berkeley, California has been determine to get rid of natural gas and replace it with electricity from wind and solar. Any city the size of Berkeley and any individual home can do that in California and claim they are using "feel good" wind and solar electricity. It is impossible to do that with many cities in California. What will California by like in 50 to 100 years?
