Joe Biden, President of the United States: In his first 100 days in office he has made it clear that illegal aliens are welcome at the border with Mexico, that the biggest crisis the United States and the world are facing is supposed man-made global warming from use of fossil fuels. He has nearly completely ignored the disgraceful crises of homelessness in the cities where his party has governed for sixty years, and readiness for all kinds of threats from enemies foreign and domestic.
