China - Economy a side effect of a horrible disease

It makes sense that Chinese drive electric cars. They generate electricity with coal. Makes sense in France because they have lots of nuclear electric generating plants. Doesn't make sense in the USA, where the president and the alarmist climate change czar, John Kerry, demand closing coal power plants and erecting wind farms.
