Governments around the world responded to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus. Some responses were more for the benefit of certain pharmaceutical companies rather than searching everywhere for the best solutions with the lowest risk to the public. Two groups were very seriously and improperly impacted, but not by the virus. Those groups are the global economy, and people dependent on jobs to pay essential bills. Climate change frequently dominates media coverage and political discourse. Why wouldn’t it when those advancing the apocalyptic agenda speak in terms of saving the planet? The state of the climate is nothing if not an “existential threat,” or so it is said.

Not only do climate enthusiasts refuse to acknowledge the issue of ongoing energy poverty for billions of people across the world, but they promote policies that exacerbate lack of access to affordable, reliable electricity. The socio-economic conditions of energy poverty, which can only be worsened by the forced replacement of fossil fuels with wind and solar, contribute to higher rates of both morbidity and mortality.

Divesting in crude oil supplies that provides products and fuels for continuously increasing demands by consumers, guarantees shortages and inflation on society.

The only good thing about solar power is that it would ground Air Force One!

Yes, the cost of crude oil is the main driving force for fuel prices, BUT Biden’s “we are going to get rid of fossil fuels” is driving up the cost of crude!

Biden often cites the Russia-Ukraine War, and the loss of a few percent of Russian crude as the cause of fuel prices rising, BUT Biden continues to do everything possible to rid all crude oil from society.

Under Biden’s goal and actions to restrict the supply of oil to be manufactured, while demand is increasing for the products manufactured from crude oil, refineries are SUPPOSED to be making outlandish profits!

Refineries only manufacture crude oil into derivatives that make products for the increasing demands for fuels and products by society. Besides the more than 6,000 products enjoyed by wealthy countries, the fuels that are manufactured to meet the growing demands to operate the 50,000 jets and 50,000 merchant ships and space program.

Society demands are increasing concurrently with Biden restricting the supply of crude oil to manufacture. As simple as 1+1=2, when you have growing demands for the products manufactured from crude oil and restrict the supply to manufacture those products, Biden is guaranteeing shortage and inflation on whatever is manufactured!

That climate cataclysms are real and already devastating our planet was not open to discussion. So host Wolf Blitzer and ten Democrat presidential contenders vied to make the most extravagant claims about how bad things are, and who would spend the most taxpayer money and impose the most Green New Deal rules to restrict our freedoms and transform our energy, economy, agriculture and transportation, in the name of preventing further cataclysms.

California residential users now pay about 66 percent more for electricity than homeowners in the rest of the U.S., who pay an average of 13.72 cents per kilowatt-hour.

Wind plants are unable either to mitigate the need for additional conventional power generation in the face of increased demand or to reliably augment power during times of peak demand. As more wind installations are added, almost equal conventional power generation must also be brought on line. Wind technology, because of the inherently random variations of the wind, will not reduce meaningful levels of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide produced from fossil-fueled generation, which is its raison d’etre.

Keen to survive when dead-calm, freezing weather sets in? You’d better have access to nuclear or fossil-fuelled power sources, simply because wind and solar generators are bound to deliver absolutely nothing, at all.

The United States and Canada have a lot to collaborate on in the nuclear energy field, and they seem to be doing a good job of it. Each country is considering each other’s reactor designs and each has funded or chosen to review some of those from both countries.

An advantage of the high-temperature heat from an IMSR plant is that it would be delivered as a molten salt mixture using an inexpensive pipe loop, using an approach already in industrial use today. As a result, the IMSR power plant can replace fossil fuels in producing hydrogen and ammonia, chemical processing, and new applications such as clean synthetic transport fuels.

As America goes down the Green rabbit hole, chasing Germany and the UK’s failing efforts, China and Russia should be sending Thank You cards for the gift to control America’s energy needs.

America is in a fast pursuit toward achieving President Biden’s stated goal that “we are going to get rid of fossil fuels.” Today, Biden supports and encourages banks and investment giants to collude to reshape economies and energy infrastructure with their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) divesting in fossil fuels movement. ESG is an extremely dangerous precedent as the American people never voted to give banks this sort of control over our country.

Global warming is widely recognized as an existential threat that will have horrific consequences if left uncontrolled. The intent of this article is to create a call to action for our industry to unite in promoting nuclear energy as the best way to combat this threat.

Howard Cork Hayden, Emeritus Professor of Physics: The solar industry employs 210,000 people, while there are only 190,000 employed in coal mines. Considering the tiny amount of solar electricity produced, the solar industry employs about 70 times as many people for the same amount of electricity. The coal industry is developing plans to compete with that kind of job creation. They will get rid of all that heavy machinery and hire millions of miners to use picks and shovels."Greenpeace and others protesting CO2 and global warming, based on a mere BELIEF, like any other religion, is as laughable (if it weren't for their willful and unlawful disruption of honest TAX-PAYING citizens' lives) as demanding the government 'do something' about the length of daylight, or the force of gravity, or the composition of Jupiter.

Wind and solar consume far more critical materials than nuclear, NGCC, and coal-fired power plants.

The mining, processing, and transporting of critical materials adversely affect the environment.

Most of these materials are mined in developing countries where environmental harm will be far worse because they have fewer environmental regulations than do developed countries.

Therefore, nuclear, NGCC, and coal-fired power plants will do substantially less damage to the environment than will the use of wind and PV solar.

Many of the critical materials that go into wind and solar structures become lost to the world forever. This is a national security hazard.

Politicians, their advisors, the mainstream media, schools, universities, investment companies, and the United Nations IPCC COP claim that CO2 from fossil fuels is causing catastrophic man-made global warming and that the world must stop using fossil fuels. These claims are wrong and will cause billions of people to suffer or die from lack of energy and by-products from fossil fuels.
