Can 0.04% atmospheric carbon dioxide, more specifically 0.012% man-made carbon diiodide from use of fossil fuels cause catastrophic global warming, climate change, increase in the strongest storms, floods, droughts, blizzards, and sea level rise? Or are oceans, their currents, evaporation and classical atmospheric physics the determining weather parameters?
