Claims that very weak infrared radiation coming off sun-heated ocean and land surfaces and violently interacting with "man-made" carbon dioxide from fossil fuels is a Trojan Horse HOAX. Alarmist governments in Australia, Europe, and North America are demanding abandoning the use of fossil fuels and modern agriculture.
