Career with Dow Chemical specializing in transportation and environmental issues: This is a clearly written, well documented presentation on the history of Earth's climate and the topic of Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming. It is a good counterpart to John Holdrens presentation also over 100 slides claiming that everything that represents severe climate change and severe weather is due to man's use of fossil fuels. Billions of lives depend on having the right answer.

The driest and wettest periods occur at regular intervals. They are not getting a lot worse. All in all there is no sign of catastrophic climate change from use of fossil fuels. While we should try our best to take care of our planet, global warming is not the only urgent planetary emergency. Overpopulation, poverty, infectious diseases and the effect of globalization in spreading them, the water crisis, energy and food availability and safety, political instability and terrorism, the global economy, even cyber security, are far more urgent problems with potentially catastrophic results for humanity.

Dr. Berry’s theoretical PhD thesis is recognized as a breakthrough in the science of rain formation and in the use of computer-based numerical models. His model of the microphysics of rain formation is summarized in cloud physics textbooks and taught in university courses. After debating climate alarmists for many years, I have concluded the only way to win a climate debate (note I did not say “convert the believer”) is to clearly negate the alarmist hypothesis. Otherwise, a climate debate can go on for years and accomplish nothing.

Thirty five year career covering wide range of science disciplines plus 10 year investigation of the climate controversy: Climate is always changing and has exhibited at least four major climate cycles. For example, Canada has been covered with a mile-thick ice sheet more than 23 times during the current Holarctic-Antarctic Ice Age. Why is Russia increasing its Arctic fleet of nuclear powered icebreakers? Is the real estate market overwhelmed with ocean-front properties because of alleged, accelerating sea level increases? Are harbour masters having to deal with unusual sea level increases? The correct answers to the foregoing questions provide ample reason to reject the alarmist message.

America’s mild Fall is due to low solar activity and a meridional jet stream, not man’s irrelevant CO2 emissions.

Chris Mooney, Washington Post: The climate change simulations that best capture current planetary conditions are also the ones that predict the most dire levels of human-driven warming. Under a high warming scenario in which large emissions continue throughout the century, the models as a whole give a mean warming of 4.3 degrees Celsius (or 7.74 degrees Fahrenheit), plus or minus 0.7 degrees Celsius, for the period between 2081 and 2100. But the best models gave an answer of 4.8 degrees Celsius (8.64 degrees Fahrenheit), plus or minus 0.4 degrees Celsius. Overall, the change amounted to bumping up the projected warming by about 15 percent.

Research Associate for Developing Countries for the Cornwall Alliance for the Stewardship of Creation: Proponents of climate alarmism have long claimed that developing countries like India will be the worst affected by climate change. Their claims cannot be farther from reality. With a population of 1.3 billion people and millions emigrating out of the country every year, India’s contribution to the global economy is significant. Evidence suggests that there has been no significant increase in temperatures during the past two decades. This sobering reality was even acknowledged by leading climate alarmists.

The Royal Society and National Academy of Sciences conclude that use of fossil fuels is causing serious global warming, climate change, climate disruption. That is what President Obama's Science Advisor, John Holdren declared. He also wrote that many of the world's Science Academies agreed with him. The world will soon learn how well these Academies of Science understand Mother Nature.

This may cost humanity its existence as the modern world knows it. Particularly shocking are advocates and experts in nuclear energy who promote it claiming that fossil fuels are causing climate catastrophe.

Bryce Johnson, Nuclear Engineer: The purpose of the article is to contribute to refuting the false alarm that has been generated worldwide about excess global warming caused by atmospheric carbon dioxide, primarily by mischaracterizing its inherently negative feedback. .. .. The global warming analog to the feedback schematic entails CO2 insertion in the atmosphere as “input,” its absorption of infrared radiation (IR) as the “process” and altered atmospheric temperature as the “output.” .. .. Both data and analysis strongly contradict the claims being made for alarming global warming caused by CO2. The magnitude and prevalence of the over-prediction errors are sufficient to impugn the objectivity of the claimants.

S. Fred Singer, Ph.D. in physics is an atmospheric and space physicist. He founded the Science and Environmental Policy Project (SEPP) and the Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change (NIPCC). He served as professor of environmental sciences at the University of Virginia (1971–94). While the present report makes it clear that the scientific debate is tilting away from global warming alarmism, we are pleased to see the political debate also is not over. Global warming ‘skeptics’ in the policy arena include Vaclav Klaus, president of the Czech Republic; Helmut Schmidt, former German chancellor; and Lord Nigel Lawson, former United Kingdom chancellor of the exchequer.

Llewellyn King, White House Chronicle, John Shanahan, Environmentalists for Nuclear - USA: The debate about man-made global warming must be resolved quickly and one action or the other taken in a matter of decades not longer. The choices are to stop using fossil fuels around the world in a decade or so because of man-made climate change or continue to use fossil fuels and promote nuclear energy to deal with natural climate change and man's need for energy. The choices are radically different. It would be a disaster to make the wrong choice. The Scientific Method must be used to make the right choice.

CBS writes that because man is using fossil fuels that they claim is causing catastrophic anthropogenic global warming, everyone must wear less clothing and it should be old, not new. We should use less heating and air conditioning and travel less. These people don't care to listen to scientists that claim that fossil fuels only play a minor role in global warmng and they don't look at the beautiful world around them. They focus on a starving, dying polar bear falsely claiming that it is dying due to man-made global warming. This has been exposed as pure alarmist trickery.
